SUMMARY:Mindfulness Club: A Solstice-Inspired Sanctuary
DESCRIPTION:This month\, we’re stepping into nature’s embrace for a special offsite gathering in Tambra’s Tent aka as the new Soulful Lounge—an airy\, candlelit sanctuary in a woodland setting. Set just days before the Summer Solstice\, this month we will honor the turning of the season and the light within each of us. \nSurrounded by nature and one another\, we’ll slow down\, reflect\, and reconnect to what feels most alive. \nPlease come dressed in comfortable clothing. \nEverything you need will be lovingly provided. Just come as you are—and let yourself be held. \nSpace is limited to 12 attendees.  \nHosted by Tambra McCarthy \nLocation: Pound Ridge/North Stamford Area. Address will be provided upon RSVP.
