SUMMARY:Mindfulness Club: Rooted & Reaching - Trust What Is Growing
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Friday\, July 17 at 9:30am for Mindfulness Club: Rooted & Reaching – Trust What Is Growing. \nJust as a tree grows in two directions at once—downward into the earth and upward toward the sky—this month\, we are invited to do the same. \nGrowth isn’t only expansion. Growth is also deepening. \nAs we move through the fullness of summer\, the invitation is not to force the next step\, but to trust what is already taking root beneath the surface while remaining open to what is calling us forward. We will ground our energy\, relax our nervous system\, and explore what is quietly growing within us. \nWear loose\, comfortable clothing. Refreshments will be served. \n  \nFor Yellow Studio Members. \nSpace is limited to 10 participants. \nMember RSVP required. \n  \nHosted by Tambra McCarthy. \nNorth Stamford address shared after RSVP. \n
