When we are dysregulated\, life can feel overwhelming\, disconnected\, or stuck. When we begin to understand and support our system\, we create the conditions for real change. \nMolly Carmel\, therapist and healer\, will be in conversation with Lauren Porté Schwarzfeld for an intimate and interactive discussion exploring the nervous system\, self-connection\, and what it takes to feel steady in an unsteady world. \nThe experience will close with a guided sound healing ceremony using traditional metal singing bowls from Bhutan.
