About Lauren
Lauren Schwarzfeld, best-selling author of Unboxed: Essays on Learning to Trust Myself So I Could Stop Doing the Things I Hate, is a life coach and writer whose work has also appeared online and in the best-selling anthology The Addiction Diaries. In her coaching practice, she helps her clients reclaim space in their own lives, step out of their perceived expectations and learn to trust themselves. Lauren lives in Mount Kisco, New York with her husband, three children and two dogs. She is also COO of 914Cares, a Westchester based non-profit.
