Special Guest Erin of GlamHippie Joins Tambra for Mindfulness Club
This month’s Mindfulness Club gathering offers a truly special experience.
We’ll begin with a guided conversation with Erin, certified sound healer and founder of GLAMHIPPIE, exploring the fascinating world of sound frequencies and vibration —and how they affect the body, soothe the nervous system, and support the healing process.
Erin is also certified in Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT), a safe, non-invasive, and drug-free modality that uses low-frequency sound vibrations delivered directly to the body to reduce pain, release tension, and activate the body’s natural relaxation response.
When paired with music (VAM), it creates the sensation of an internal sound massage—a powerful reset for mind, body, and spirit.
Erin will lead us through a very special sound experience where participants can also try VAT as well.
Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking relief, or simply curious about this unique healing art, this gathering invites you to slow down, sink in, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Come as you are. Leave grounded, nourished, and renewed.

Come with questions for the group, ideas to share or ways to support these or other small businesses.
As always, all members are welcome and other topics will always be entertained! Even if you didn’t attend the April and May panel discussions, don’t hesitate to attend Coffee & Conversation to join in the conversation.
Join Lindsay Hearon, Bedford Riding Lanes Director, for a 1.5-2 mile hike along their beautiful and rambling private trails on Friday, June 13 at 10am.

Surrounded by nature and one another, we’ll slow down, reflect, and reconnect to what feels most alive.

Everything you need will be lovingly provided. Just come as you are—and let yourself be held.

Looking for accountability on your writing project? We're here to support that! Once monthly we will be dedicating space and time for writing in the Gallery. We'll use the first hour for writing, followed by discussion. If you're interested in turning your thoughts into words–but struggle to put pen to paper–these 'butt in seat' accountability sessions are a great way to get started!
