During this workshop you will learn learn strategies to reduce the everyday stress and anxiety that inevitably comes from being a mom. You’ll gain a new perspective on the real goals of parenting so that you can minimize your worry and need to “fix”. We’ll discuss everything from tantrums and discipline to mom guilt and thoughts on balancing career and mom life.
Experience a classic drawing exercise that teaches you how to observe and draw anything as you consider gesture, proportion, line and volume of the human form.
