Join Sarah Coldwell of Honeybee Grove Flower Farm for a floral design workshop at Yellow Studio.  From beginners to beyond, this workshop is designed for a broad range of floral experience.  Explore the foundations of form and texture when building your (Thanksgiving) centerpiece, and glean advanced tips and tricks for elevating your arrangement to the next level.  The workshop includes design instruction, all floristry materials, ceramic vessel, and an autumn inspired centerpiece to take home for your table.  Come enjoy an evening of inspiration, relaxation, and most of all, having fun with flowers.

About Sarah Coldwell

Sarah is the owner and operator of Honeybee Grove Flower Farm in Somers, NY.  Honeybee Grove offers cut-your-own flowers and seasonal workshops to our local community.  While Sarah has always had a love of flowers and gardening, her background is in Fine Art, Marketing, Branding and Graphic Design.  When she is not flower farming, she spends her spare time freelancing as a textile designer, Marketing Director and Graphic Designer, and a mother to three young girls.  Sarah considers herself a “Life-Long Creative,” and is always finding new outlets to express her creative needs.  Sarah is fascinated by the colors, shapes, patterns, and beauty of the natural world and all that it provides.  In opening Honeybee Grove, Sarah hopes to offer a unique experience with nature – an intimate space for visitors to connect with flowers in new and exciting ways.  From long time flower lovers to visitors looking for an afternoon activity, Honeybee Grove pickers have the opportunity to walk among the flowers, choose their favorite blooms, harvest their selections themselves and take them home to enjoy.
