We’re seeking established, woman-owned businesses for long-term residencies in our curated marketplace. If you’re looking for a supportive community that values collaboration and quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Desired move in date: February 15 or March 1
Vendor Eligibility Requirements
Established Business
Your business must be established with a proven customer base and professional presence, including:
– Cohesive branding materials
– Active business Instagram account
– Professional website
Women-Owned & Operated
Your business must be founded and operated by a woman or women.
In-Person Availability
You must be available to work in The Co-Op one day per week during business hours. Your physical presence is essential to building customer relationships and upholding our collaborative retail model.
Current Co-Op Hours: Wednesday–Thursday 11am–5pm | Friday 11am–6pm | Saturday 11am–5pm | Sunday 12pm–4pm
Terms & Conditions
Vendor Application Fee
Pay the $25 vendor application fee here.
Agreement & Insurance
All accepted vendors will execute a collaboration agreement and provide a current Certificate of Insurance prior to occupancy.
Commitment Period
The initial vendor term is three months, with the option to extend by mutual agreement.
Inventory & Operations
Vendors are responsible for maintaining adequate product inventory and ensuring items are consistently available for purchase throughout business hours.
Point of Sale
Each vendor must provide their own POS system (typically an iPad with card reader; specific requirements can be discussed).
Marketing Collaboration
Vendors commit to creating at least one collaborative Instagram post per month to support The Co-Op’s community presence.
Shared Staffing Contribution
Vendors contribute to the compensation of our retail associate, who staffs The Co-Op 1–3 days per week when vendor-owners are unavailable.
Rent & Payment
Rent is calculated according to your allocated retail space, with rates beginning at $300 per month. Payment is due on the first day of each month, and late fees apply to any payments received after the due date.
