Art Club: Mariko Mori Radiance at Sean Kelly Gallery & Chelsea Gallery Stroll
Join the Art Club for a visit to see Mariko Mori: Radiance at Sean Kelly Gallery in NYC. At Sean Kelly, we will meet with Terrill Warrenburg, Art Fair and Special Projects Manager, for a tour of the exhibition and gallery. (Bonus: Tina Villaveces, Yellow Studio Founder, worked at Sean Kelly and will also gladly share stories of her time there as a Registrar.) Following our visit to Sean Kelly, we will explore other gallery exhibitions in Chelsea, including but not limited to: Igshaan Adams at the Hill Art Foundation, Lynne Drezler at Berry Campbell and Richard Serra at Gagosian.
About Mariko Mori: Radiance
Sean Kelly is delighted to present Radiance, an exhibition of new work by internationally acclaimed artist Mariko Mori. In this deeply contemplative presentation, Mori unites cutting edge technological materials with ancient cosmologies, drawing inspiration from the enduring spiritual traditions of Japan. Spanning sculpture, installation, and works on paper, the exhibition reflects Mori’s long-standing engagement with metaphysical concepts and technical innovation grounded in her cultural heritage.

- Time: Meet at Yellow Studio at 9am to carpool or Sean Kelly Gallery at 11am (or a few minutes before)
- Location: Sean Kelly Gallery & Chelsea Gallery Stroll
Travel Information:
- To reserve a seat in the car departing from Yellow Studio at 9am, please email tina@yellowstudiony.com. Space in the car is limited. You can also take Metro North and meet us at Sean Kelly Gallery at 11am.
- At least one car will depart NYC around 2:30pm and head back to Yellow Studio. *This could be later if the group decides to have lunch in NYC.
