Website designer Sarah of SOE STUDIO and writer Allison Belolan, both artists who have navigated this digital journey themselves, have created a seamless process that honors your creative vision while delivering professional results at a fraction of market rates (because ‘someday’ just became today). 

This intimate, guided experience (limited to 8 participants) pairs your artistic vision with our expertise. From thoughtfully crafted artist statements and business descriptions to elegantly designed galleries, every element works harmoniously to showcase your unique creative voice. This offering is for Artists and Creative Entrepreneurs (Chefs, Bakers, Stylists, Clothing Designers, and more).

What You’ll Receive:

• A professionally designed, customized Squarespace website
• Expertly written artist statement/business description & biography that captures your authentic voice
• A color palette created for you to complement your work
• Distinctive brand board with your curated color palette and typography
• Custom favicon for your site
• Professional guidance throughout the process
• Optional Upgrades to include a Wordmark and/or to digitize a symbol you paint or draw for your logo

About Sarah

Sarah is an artist and graphic designer who specializes in crafting unique and engaging website designs. Combining her fine art background with a passion for digital design, she creates websites that are visually compelling and tailored to reflect the individuality of her clients.

Sarah’s artwork is inspired by the natural world, and she strives to incorporate sustainable practices into her creative process whenever possible. Originally from Katonah, she draws inspiration from the local environment, infusing her designs with organic elements and harmonious color palettes.

With expertise in web design, branding, and social media strategy, Sarah offers personalized solutions for artists and creatives. She is dedicated to helping her clients showcase their work and build an online presence that feels authentic and meaningful. From concept to completion, Sarah’s precision and creativity shine through in every project.

Beyond her professional work, Sarah is actively involved in her community, volunteering her design skills to teach, collaborate, and bring meaningful ideas to life.

About Allison

Allison is a multidisciplinary artist whose work invites viewers to observe familiar landscapes with renewed curiosity. Through abstract compositions featuring handmade paper and thoughtfully repurposed materials, she creates subtle narratives that emerge from careful documentation of her surroundings. Her mixed media techniques develop through patient observation and material exploration, emphasizing the relationship between place and artistic response.

Her background in printmaking and art education shapes a studio practice where traditional methods merge with contemporary investigations, each informing and enriching the other. Allison’s work has appeared in galleries across the United States, including the 2024 Every Woman Biennial, The Gallery at Yellow Studio, and the Bruce Museum Fine Arts Fair, and featured in publications like Art Seen Magazine and Visionary Art Collective.

After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Printmaking, Allison worked as a jewelry designer before earning her Master of Arts in Teaching Art Education from the School of Visual Arts. Her decade of teaching art in New York public schools profoundly influenced her understanding of material potential and creative process. Behind the scenes, Allison supports the arts community by crafting press releases, artist statements, and exhibition proposals, helping to articulate the nuanced relationships between artists, their work, and their audiences.

• Professional, current headshot (An approved professional headshot is required. Yellow Studio will offer a headshot event with Angela Strassheim on February 27 for $200 if you don’t already have a professional headshot. Click here to register.)
