About Jess Watts

Jessica Watts is a local Real Estate agent specializing in sustainability. Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, Jess helped her family in all aspects of Real Estate before becoming a LEED AP for Commercial Buildings (strategized and implemented sustainability features to meet their energy and certification goals). After moving to Northern Westchester. and having a son, she jumped into Real Estate. She believes sustainability and homes are directly linked, and benefit both sellers and buyers. Sustainability can increase comfort in your home, improve your bottom line, and can increase resale value.

About Emily Woods

Emily Woods is the Co-Founder of The Farmer Nick. She is the design master for the company and designs event wall murals, plant walls, gardens, planters and mini-eco systems. As a national company, the Farmer Nick does it all from commercial to residential and anything in between. They have an eco friendly philosophy, and utilize natives and eco friendly products wherever possible. Emily founded the company with her partner Nick and they provide very competitive wages and give back to local communities wherever possible.
