Join us for Book Club at Yellow Studio on Tuesday December 3 at 6:30pm to discuss The Housemaid by Freida McFadden. There will be lively discussion, questions posed and answered and time to connect with fellow YS Members. This is a zero pressure book club - didn't quite finish the book? Come anyway.
Looking for accountability on your writing project? We're here to support that!
Once monthly we will be dedicating space and time for writing in the Attic. Please join us quietly between 10 and 11; optional sharing and discussions will begin at 11. If you're interested in turning your thoughts into words–but struggle to put pen to paper–these 'butt in seat' accountability sessions are a great way to get started!
For Yellow Studio Members.

All are welcome to sit for a portrait, including children accompanied by an adult.
This Critique Night on Monday December 9 at 6:30pm will be a pressure free, supportive space to share ideas and get inspired. It’s completely okay if you don’t have anything concrete to bring for this gathering. You can also bring a question or issue related to art or art business that you would like the group to help with.
Unwrap and Unwind at the Yellow Studio Holiday Gift Exchange
Let’s gather together to celebrate the holidays, connect and raise a glass to one another.
Please bring a wrapped gift under $30 purchased from a woman-owned business or maker…extra cheer if they are local.
Enjoy festive sips and bites by Graze New York while we exchange gifts, mingle and meet other wonderful women.
The Yellow Studio Film Club is a group of women who are interested in watching and discussing female-centric stories that have been on the big screen. Each month, a different film will be chosen- selections will vary in terms of genre and time period but will always involve a female-centric theme and/or be written and/or directed by a woman. Once a month the group will meet to discuss the various aspects of the chosen film. Meetings will be informal and open to anyone who has a passion, interest and/or curiosity about movies.
Our first meeting on Tuesday December 17 at 7:30pm will be a time for all interested parties to introduce themselves and to share what they're hoping to get out of the group and to discuss screening options - from occasional theater outings to the flexibility of watching at home. We will also go over a curated list of possible films and discuss future meeting formats.
