Our next book club meetup will be on Tuesday January 23 at 6:30pm in the gallery at Yellow Studio.
We took a vote at our last book club meetup and the winner for the selected book is...How to Say Babylon: A Memoir by Safiya Sinclair.
This book will be available for purchase from Picture Book at the Holiday Market at Yellow Studio on Saturday November 18 from 10am to 4pm.
The Gallery at Yellow Studio is delighted to introduce SURROUNDINGS: Sewn & Torn, a dual-artist exhibition showcasing the creative expressions of Westchester's own Angela Fiammetta and Allison Belolan. Immerse yourself in the captivating dialogue between these two artists, each with their distinctive styles, as we celebrate the beauty of the natural world, the harmonious blend of diverse materials and techniques and the profound emotional connection forged between artists and their audience.
Join us for our opening reception on Saturday, December 2, from 4 to 6 pm.
Join us for the Holiday Market at Yellow Studio!

Looking for ways to unleash your creativity and holiday spirit? We've got you covered. The Wreath Forager will be here with a DIY wreath-making activity and the Yellow Studio Nature & Sustainability Club will have recycled materials to wrap gifts purchased at the Holiday Market (while supplies last).
Our vendors are all woman-owned businesses, our Studio Member Artists and Artist-in-Residence.

This is also a great opportunity to see Possibilities before it closes on November 22.
Light refreshments will be served.
All are welcome. Please RSVP.
Join Lauren Schwarzfeld and Jess Watts for a morning of connection on Tuesday November 28 from 9:30 to 11:30am. Drop in when you can!

Coffee and snacks will be served.
Join artist Kelly Duffield for a workshop that puts your imagination to the test. In this experimental session, you will create artwork using gouache and collage. Gouache is a water-based paint used to paint opaque, matte surfaces. You will creatively merge painting with archival collage techniques to make narrative artworks on paper. Experimentation will be encouraged with an emphasis on the use of collage as a tool for composition, as well as for finding the narrative. The workshop is designed for beginners as well as more experienced artists who want to explore with collage and painting (and learn archival collage technique).

Fran will guide you through why this might just be the most crucial tool in your wellness and growth toolkit and will share insightful prompts to help you decide what deserves a spot on your to-don't list.
Are you in the midst of a project or work of art that you want to bring out of hiding? We as artists so often work in solitude but there is such beauty in community and opening ourselves up. This Critique Night will be a pressure free, supportive space to share ideas and get inspired. It’s completely ok if you don’t have anything concrete to bring for this gathering. You can also bring a question or issue related to art or art business that you would like the group to help with. We will continue to have opportunities throughout the new year to have informal critiques or feedback on all things art and art business, so please come if this idea intrigues you and you would like to take part.
