Opening Reception: Member Art Show
The Gallery at Yellow Studio proudly presents its annual "Yellow Studio Member Art Show” a vibrant celebration of artistic diversity showcasing the remarkable talents within our creative community. Running June 7 through July 5, 2025, this dynamic exhibition features an eclectic collection of works from Yellow Studio's dedicated artist members across all media. The community is invited to join us for an opening reception on Saturday, June 7, from 4 to 6pm. All are welcome. RSVPs encouraged.

Half-Hour Portraits by Jessica Miller
Join us on Saturday June 14 for this unique opportunity – to have your portrait painted by local Artist Jessica Miller.
Each 7 x 5 inch expressionist portrait will capture the subject’s likeness and mood, painted in one half-hour sitting.
All are welcome to sit for a portrait, including children accompanied by an adult.
Each portrait is $250.
There will be 6 portrait sessions.

Since 1960, Storm King has been dedicated to stewarding the hills, meadows, and forests of its site and surrounding landscape. Building on the visionary thinking of its founders, Storm King supports artists and some of their most ambitious works. Changing exhibitions, programming, and seasons offer discoveries with every visit.

In Bloom: A Floral Art Installation in The Co-Op and Beehive at Yellow Studio
Yellow Studio is constantly evolving and exploring new opportunities. Flowers in bloom serve as a visual reminder of the beauty in growth through change. In June, we are celebrating the third anniversary of Yellow Studio with additional space to display art and expand our engagement with women owned businesses in the community. In this spirit, Yellow Studio invited women Artists in the community working across all mediums to submit their floral artwork - work that is inspired by or a depiction of flowers. This installation is on view in The Co-Op and Beehive at Yellow Studio from June 21 to August 31. Please note that artwork will rotate in this installation. As artwork is sold, additional artwork will be hung.

Opening Reception: Surface featuring Artist Members of the National Association of Women Artists during Upstate Art Weekend
The National Association of Women Artists (NAWA) and The Gallery at Yellow Studio proudly present this juried exhibition of NAWA Signature Member Artists working across all mediums, interpreting, challenging, and reimagining the concept of “surface”. On Saturday July 19 from 4 to 6pm, join us for the opening reception taking place during Upstate Art Weekend, a major regional event celebrating the cultural vibrancy of the Catskills and Hudson Valley.

This Critique Night on Tuesday July 22 at 6:30pm will be a pressure free, supportive space to share ideas and get inspired. It’s completely okay if you don’t have anything concrete to bring for this gathering. You can also bring a question or issue related to art or art business that you would like the group to help with. Art Club Studio Visit: Sally Frank
Join us on Tuesday August 12 at 10am at the studio of Yellow Studio Artist Member Sally Frank. Sally will be showing us her work (both current and older), telling us about her process, giving us a tour of her studio set up and answering questions from the group.
